Welcome to Teach4NC, dedicated to the recruitment of teaching professionals for public schools in North Carolina.

Over the next decade our state's school systems and charter schools will employ over 100,000 new teachers, with more than 12,500 employed annually. That's a formidable challenge, and it begins today. We have immediate needs for teachers in all subjects, at all teaching levels, in all areas of our state.

To meet this need, we look to you - the experienced teacher, the beginning teacher, the recent graduate of a college/university teaching program. But we're also looking beyond "traditional" teaching professionals to individuals without education degrees, teacher training, and experience.

We also look to individuals in and beyond our business, military, and retirement communities - to individuals with degrees who are seeking a new professional challenge, one with rewards that only teaching can offer.
